Monit is excited to announce that CheckSync now integrates directly with Oracle NetSuite, bringing automated Positive Pay check file submission to commercial clients who run their operations on NetSuite. This is the latest expansion of CheckSync’s mission: closing the gap between how commercial clients issue checks and how banks protect against check fraud, while reducing work for both the business and bank.

Here’s how it works. Once a commercial client connects NetSuite to their online banking through CheckSync, the integration takes over from there — every hour, CheckSync automatically identifies newly issued checks in NetSuite and submits them to Positive Pay for reconciliation. Onboarding is a single, one-time setup on the client’s end. After that, there’s nothing left to manage: no manual file exports, no spreadsheets, no logging into a separate portal to upload a check file before a deadline.

That automation matters strategically on two fronts. First, it directly addresses a persistent pain point for commercial clients, who have to generate and upload check files to stay compliant with Positive Pay — a process that’s easy to forget, error-prone, and a drag on finance teams’ time. Removing that friction makes Positive Pay adoption easier to drive among commercial account holders, which in turn strengthens fraud protection for the financial institutions we serve. Second, it meaningfully expands the addressable market for both CheckSync and Positive Pay: NetSuite is widely used among larger and more complex commercial clients, a segment that previously had no clean path into automated Positive Pay submission.

This NetSuite integration joins QuickBooks Online and Xero, meaning CheckSync now supports three of the leading accounting platforms that business clients rely on most. More integrations are on the way, and our roadmap is guided directly by the makeup of Monit’s financial institution client base — as our FIs bring us the accounting platforms their commercial clients are actually using, we’ll continue building the connections that make automated Positive Pay submission possible for all of them.
